Anything purchased from Pleasant Hill Hammermill & Pulverizer may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, following the guidelines under "Returns" and "Refunds," below.
Returns:
Items must be in as-shipped condition. E-mail or call for return authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
Refunds:
Refunds (and refused deliveries) are subject to 9% restocking fee.
Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are considered "items returned."
Exchanges:
There is no restocking fee for exchanges if the item being exchanged is in condition as shipped.
Defective Equipment:
Within 30 days, customers may opt to have defective machines replaced or refunded. After 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.
Shipping:
All products are priced FOB. Call or e-mail for shipping quote. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Receipts:
Receipts
are e-mailed; you should print a copy for your files. Some manufacturers require
receipt for warranty service. Mail-order customers may receive receipts by
mail.
Personal Checks:
Orders paid by personal check can be shipped 5 business days after receipt.
Privacy:
We do not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any outside party not directly involved in fulfilling your order.
Security:
Customer credit card information is never transmitted by insecure means.
Typos:
Pleasant Hill Hammermill & Pulverizer is not responsible for typographical errors. We do appreciate hearing about any inaccurate information on our site, and an extra discount is available to anyone who alerts us to a pricing error.
